We present our clients with a diverse slate of candidates. And we’re looking at more than gender and ethnicity. We’re looking for diversity of thought, geography, and experience.

  • We get you. Understanding our client’s culture is one of the most critical parts of the search process. We spend meaningful time up front getting to know our clients. We proactively source candidates who meet your criteria. Although we have an extensive database of potential candidates and referral sources, we conduct exhaustive original research to identify and recruit the best possible candidates on every assignment. In most of our search assignments, the candidates we recruit aren’t actively seeking to change positions.
  • We’re thorough. We begin with multiple phone interviews before progressing to in-person interviews with the most promising candidates. We present clients with confidential profiles and consultant evaluations on top candidates, allowing clients to focus their valuable time on prequalified, superior leaders.
  • We know a leadership vacancy is urgent. We’ll help guide you through the offer and hiring stage as efficiently as possible. We’ll also check references and assist with offer negotiations. Our process yields the right match with long-term results.
