Congratulations to the firm that won the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools superintendent search. We were honored to be among four finalists to present our credentials and recommended approach to the school board.

As long-time members of the Charlotte community, we’ll remain very interested in the outcome of this search. We have a number of current and former CMS parents on our team, and we all have a personal stake in the success of the school system and its students. They’re the workforce and community leaders of the future.
Education is among the focus areas we specialize in and care most deeply about. We have successfully recruited presidents, superintendents and other senior leaders for institutions of higher education, independent schools, and a wide variety of nonprofits. We agree with Benjamin Franklin, who said, “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”
