Nick’s 10 years in the nonprofit world instilled in him a passion for servant leadership that drives him to elevate those around him and take his clients’ best interest to heart.
Nick graduated from Northwestern State University and upon graduation moved to the Carolinas to begin his nonprofit career. As the national director of chapter services with The Ability Experience, Nick managed the fundraising and volunteer efforts of 180 chapters whose efforts supported inclusion and empowerment of people living with disabilities. As a campus manager at Holy Angels in Belmont, NC, he supported the day-to-day care and activities of 80 residents with disabilities. At the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Nick worked with families and volunteers across Western NC to raise vital funds in the search for a cure to cystic fibrosis.
Shifting from nonprofit work, Nick spent three years as part of a high-volume mortgage team at a boutique mortgage company—making the culture of CLCB a welcome fit.
Hailing from the bayou state, Nick takes pride in his Louisiana heritage and cuisine, and is raising his sons to “Laissez les bon temps rouler!” or “Let the good times roll!” He lives in East Charlotte with his wife, two boys and their pup. When not at work, you can find Nick working in the backyard or taking his boys for a bike ride.
Nick is a yogi who fell in love with hot yoga while he was training for the Marine Corps Marathon. He is a diehard Charlotte FC fan and can be found in the Supporter’s Section with his boys cheering on The Crown.
