The Situation:
The Board of a $100 million physician-owned multi-specialty healthcare practice partnered with CLCB to recruit its next Chief Executive Officer. Once the CEO was hired, he partnered with CLCB to upgrade his executive leadership team.
The Process:
The CLCB search team conducted comprehensive listening tours with the CEO, board members and select executive team members through a series of on-site and virtual meetings. As a result, detailed position descriptions, search strategies, and ideal candidate profiles were produced to create alignment between CLCB and client. Through deep research and aggressive sourcing, the CLCB team recruited and presented well-rounded slates of candidates for each search and partnered closely with the client to conduct rigorous evaluation of each group of finalists, ultimately resulting in successful closes for each search.
The Results:
CLCB successfully recruited an experienced medical practice CEO with demonstrated experience in upgrading and substantially growing multiple entities. The new CEO ultimately hired a COO, CFO, CIO and VP human resources over an 18-month period. The practice’s geographic footprint grew and was simultaneously optimized, resulting in increased patient satisfaction, overall revenue and substantial financial gain for all shareholders.
