Charlotte serves in the role of Search Consultant, leading client engagements across a wide array of industries and functional areas. Prior to joining Coleman Lew Canny Bowen, she spent five years with a boutique executive search firm in the San Francisco Bay area focused on highly specialized technology, product, and commercial roles.
Charlotte graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in economics, where she was also a member of the UNC swim team. Charlotte has lived in Charlotte for the past 10 years and has built both her career and her life here.
