June 29, 2020 – Congratulations to The Charlotte Ledger’s inaugural “40 Over 40” award recipients. The awards celebrate local unsung heroes aged 40+ who are doing great things in our community and making Charlotte a better place.
We are especially proud that our CEO, Shana Plott, is among the honorees. She truly deserves this award for all she does. Shana not only leads executive level searches and manages all facets of the firm, but she also volunteers regularly and serves on the board of directors for Loaves & Fishes.
